Renew books over the Internet
Members of the Stutterheim Public Library can now renew their books over the Internet. Simply click on the hyperlink above, select renew, enter the barcode number from your membership card (without spaces) and type in your password. Your password is always your surname without spaces (eg. De Wet would be dewet). Your barcode number is the long number underneath the barcode on your membership card.

Once the renewal request has been processed you will be given the new due date for the items renewed, or if the computer could not renew them, it will give a reason eg. items may only be renewed twice.

Search our Catalogue
You can also use the Internet to search the catalogues of many South African Libraries, including ours, by clicking on the "search catalogue" hyperlink above. Now you can find out from home whether a Library has what you're looking for and even whether on not it is currently available.
